Sharon Huck has a diverse and extensive background with 25 years of management experience focusing on program and department management. She has held various positions in healthcare, academia, education, finance and real estate from which she has gained a unique perspective for operational activities.
Early in her career, she served as the Anesthesiology Residency Program Manager and simultaneously became an integral part of the clinical finance committee and healthcare improvement seminar.
While obtaining her Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, she taught undergraduate courses in health and wellness and co-authored a manual for BCBS of Massachusetts teaching the use of statistical process control to improve clinical, financial, operational and administrative improvements in managed care.
Upon moving to Arizona in 1999, she served as a financial analyst and was subsequently recruited into the departments of quality, radiology, neurology, nephrology and research and development. As the systems manager for radiology she successfully wrote the business plan and RFP to build the infrastructure necessary to support the management and integration of medical and information systems. As the manager for research and development, she was responsible for all aspects of transitioning and managing a national registry for multiple sclerosis, a clinical research study for pediatric nephrology and served as facilitator and liaison for the design, development, and implementation of databases for various research entities.
She served as the Director of Operations for a Professional Employer Organization and subsequently transitioned the organization into a Charter School Management Company that provided comprehensive back-office, bookkeeping, HR, payroll, compliance, and operational services for Charter Schools.
She also served as an independent consultant in the capacity of Director of Operations for a Phoenix-based start-up real estate and investment company. She was responsible for integrating operational aspects of the company on all levels.
She took a temporary hiatus from her passion for the healthcare industry and professional career to provide home hospice care for her father and mother, providing an invaluable personal perspective and a deeper level of understanding on the need for change in the health care system.
She acquired the role as Director of Operations for Keller Williams Arizona Realty, served as the Assistant Team Leader and filled in as the Market Center Administrator. She now works for a KW Mega Agent in Scottsdale, AZ as Director of Operations.

Prior to joining The Barker real estate team, David was working as a Retirement Plan sales consultant. He has 6 years of experience in the financial industry where he established a foundation of custom service, consultation, and patience. “Setting people up for success and happiness has always been a passion of mine, helping people find their dream home is a perfect fit for me. David was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Bristol, Connecticut. Attending Trinity College in Hartford, CT he majored in Political Science and played 4 years of varsity baseball. “Joining the Barker Team made sense to me, Rich Barker runs his business like a baseball team with everyone having their own role. Rich coaches and trains the team so that we can go out and execute in the field” says David. He looks forward to his focus being on finding the perfect home for buyers with enthusiasm, hard work, and discipline.
He relocated to Arizona in 2013 with his dog Lucky. He is happy to call Arizona home and is eager to help others find the home of their dreams. In his spare time, he can be found hiking, camping, amateur bodybuilding, paddle boarding, and watching documentaries.
I started my professional grooming immediately following high school by enlisting in the United States Air Force as an aircraft maintainer; a role which established a foundation of loyalty, attention to detail, and strong leadership. I still carry this career today in a part time capacity, which allows me to envelop myself in my passion for real estate. I got my first taste of the industry as a general contractor in the state of Colorado. I was working on commercial projects throughout metro Denver to provide growing businesses a place to perform their services. After witnessing the leasing process, I decided to pursue an education in real estate to improve my construction business. The result of this education was stumbling upon an entirely new profession: residential sales.
