How Our Virtual Open Houses Work?

In light of the current pandemic facing our communities we have launched Virtual Open Houses to allow you to see the property from your computer or mobile device live while speaking to an agent.

1. Find the property you are interested in touring.

2. You will see the days and times of the live virtual open house tours for that property.

3. Below the property you will see a button to link you to the listing online to explore photos, floorplans, and virtual tours. You will also see a button to take you to the Zoom portal for that open house. You can visit the Zoom portal any time during the scheduled open house time to connect with the agent for a live streamed tour of the home and to ask questions about that property.

4. The agent will take some simple follow-up information from you to provide any additional resources you might need for this property or another one that meets your criteria.

5. If you'd like to schedule a COVID-19 compliant in-person showing, the agent can also assist you with that!
